As a not for profit organisation we aim to deliver sporting activities and health programmes of the highest quality to all. We are focused on promoting our facilities and sport and leisure to families and individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
We operate a socially-inclusive approach to ensure equality of opportunity for all and we openly value diversity so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of participating in sports and leisure activities.
Members of our team have recently taken a Walking for Health Walk Leaders course and will soon be setting up some free walks for people in the community. In addition to this our team have also both recently qualified as Walking Netball Coaches!
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level. If you know anyone that maybe interested then please let them know so they can come and try it out, There will also be tea & biscuits afterwards.

|Pool Pod||Dignified and accessible entry system to the Swimming Pool. Supports those with disabilities and or impaired mobility to access the pool within the centre.|
|Good Boost||Aquatics based programme which uses artificial intelligence to prescribe effective and safe exercises for those with medical conditions|

OTAGO Programme – Helps improve lower leg strength and balance to specifically reduce the risk of falls and promote active ageing. This programme is aimed at older adults who wish to remain as independent as possible. For more information contact email@example.com
