Life Leisure Kids membership provides a fantastic array of kids classes every week as well as including free swimming.

Improving Lives

Life Leisure Kids caters for children of all ages with the core programme timetabled for 5–13 year olds.

At Life Leisure we are passionate about improving people’s lives through sport and physical activity and the Life Leisure Kids programme is provided to inspire the next generation to adopt a healthy lifestyle, by providing children with opportunities to enjoy sport in a fun and inclusive environment.

Many of the sessions also incorporate educational topics around the importance of physical activity and its effect on improving wellbeing.

Programme

The Life Leisure Kids programme has something for all ages from multi-sports to Bootcamp and Kids Gym to Racquet Sports.

Under the supervision of Life Leisure fitness professionals, kids can try out and take part in a variety of fun activities in modern, motivational environments with fantastic facilities and equipment.

Memberships are available from just £10.50 per month and include FREE swimming*.

  • Access to off-peak racquet sports including Badminton, Short Tennis and Table Tennis

Swimming classes

Our Learn to Swim programme follows the Swim England programme and frameworks, taking your child on a journey from the first splash to developing confidence and competence in the water.

Kids Classes

We understand that getting kids away from the games consoles and TV can be hard work! Powered by fun but focused on fitness, we’ve got more ways to get them moving…

Our kids programme is built to enable young people to experience a real physical workout. Our aim is to increase awareness of health and fitness, in the most enjoyable, active and positive way. All our staff are trained and experienced in working with children. The staff play a pivotal role in motivating members whilst at the same time making sure that the children are safe, enjoy working out and receive optimal results from the sessions.

Our daily kids gym sessions are designed with kids in mind and are suitable for ages 8-13.

Our fun packed Life Leisure Kids Camps allow children the opportunity to experience a wide range of multi-sports, pool and fitness sessions during the school holidays.

We know how important it is to keep the whole family active. That’s why our amazing Roller Disco’s are a fantastic way to keep active, have fun and spend time with the whole family.

Not only is roller skating “wheely” good fun, but it’s ideal for improving balance, agility and coordination. Why not come down and give it a try?

Ask any member of our team it’s the most fun way to strengthen your arms and legs, get your heart racing and burn fat!
