A fantastic 6 week course that will change the shape of your body, speed up weight loss and improve your posture. The course will educate you on the benefits of weight training and working with our highly skilled instructors will give you the motivation and knowledge to improve your workouts. Whilst using all the latest training methods the plan will help you tone those stubborn areas. You will be amazed at the difference 6 weeks can make!

The Weights 4 Women is a course designed to help women build confidence in lifting weights and mastering technique to help improve their training efficiency. This course will change the shape of the body, speed up weight loss and improve fitness, strength and posture.

The course includes:

2 x Boditrax Assessments
2 x Coach led sessions per week
1 x pre-programmed session per week
Ongoing support and advice throughout

The price for the 6 week course is £96 for Life Leisure members and £126 for non-members.
