FITcamp is a fantastic new fitness course. FITcamp is not simply turning up and exercising. We will teach you and more importantly coach you to help you achieve a goal, a dream, a body shape or a fitness level that until this point has seemed impossible to attain! FITCamp provides drop in sessions to suit your needs.

We have 30 minute taster sessions commencing Monday 21 January. Book your taster place now to avoid disappointment as sessions are limited to 4 people per session.
