Here at lifeLEISURE Barrow Park, we offer a variety of studio classes that will compliment your training plan and add variety to your workouts.

Group exercise is a fantastic environment that will help keep you motivated and coming back for more. It’s also a great way to train alongside like-minded people and make new friends.

Whether you’re looking to tone-up, burn calories or bring your mind and body together, we’re confident that you’ll find the perfect class for you. With a host of studio sessions to choose from, including Body Conditioning, BLT, Zumba, Spin, HIIT, Boxfit, Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to booking your next session.
