A fun 45 Minute workout for boys and girls who love fitness!

Prepare for a mini boot camp! Play games, run about and burn off lots of energy! With jumping jacks, skipping, ladder runs, burpees, hula hoops, steps, and more! Kids will enjoy a heart-pumping cardio blast that will get them moving into fitness! A really fun session in the Dance studio. Led by our experienced qualified Fitness Instructor. Sessions for 5-13 years, Remember to bring a drink! Included in our Family Membership or £3.50 per session for non members, booking essential.
